About the Curriculum

The John McCoy (lulilaš) Since Time Immemorial curriculum is Washington State's mandatory tribal sovereignty education program, endorsed by all 29 federally recognized tribes. Renamed in 2024 to honor the late Senator John McCoy.

2026-2032 Seven-Year Plan

Beginning January 1, 2026, XiMuRa and 7ABCs.com launch a seven-year initiative to fully realize the ambitions of both the HEAL Act and the Since Time Immemorial curriculum through economic self-determination pathways.
